What does the AI actually do in the Correspondence Pilot?

It drafts responses to common owner enquiries and summarises work-order updates into short, clear notes. The property manager reads each draft before it is sent — the system never sends anything on its own. Think of it as a capable typist who prepares a first version for your review.

How is owner data protected under PDPA?

The AI integration is read-only — it reads the relevant correspondence to produce a draft, but it cannot write to or modify your management software. Owner data is not stored outside your own systems. Every engagement includes a written data-handling brief aligned with Malaysia's PDPA.

Do we need to change our property management software?

No. The Workflow Review and Pilot are designed to work with your existing tools. We assess what you have, identify where AI drafting adds value, and configure the assist to read from your current inbox and work-order system without replacing it.

How long does the Workflow Review take?

Typically two to three working days from the initial session. We review your sample documents, map the correspondence flow, and deliver a written brief. The brief is plain-language — suitable for sharing with the JMC or building owner if needed.

Is the retainer suitable for a firm with just two or three buildings?

The Building Stewardship Retainer is designed for firms managing five to fifty properties. For smaller portfolios, the Workflow Review or the Correspondence Pilot is usually the more appropriate starting point.

What does "COB-aware" mean in your service descriptions?

COB refers to the Commissioner of Buildings — the authority responsible for enforcing the Strata Management Act in each federal territory or state. Being COB-aware means our templates and audit checks are aligned with current COB guidelines and circulars, not just the Act itself.
